Synopsis

Let your homeless best friend stay with you, he said. Being roommates will be fun, he said. It’s only temporary, he said.

He never said I’d fall for him.

You know what isn’t ‘temporary?’ The endless stream of dirty socks in my bathroom and empty food packets under the sofa—and don’t even get me started on the hot guys who take over my living room every Sunday to watch sports.

I can’t take anymore.

So I propose a roommate agreement. One that will bring peace and order back to my life, complete with rules that might just stop my newfound crush on my best friend in its tracks.

After all, there’s only so many times you can see your best friend naked before you start to lose your mind.

Rules. They’re meant to be broken… Aren’t they?

Review

Emma Hart is one of my favorite QUEENS of ROMCOM and she proves just why that is with her newest release, The Roommate Agreement! This beautifully written best friends-to-roommates-to-lovers romance captured my heart with the hilarious banter that was intertwined throughout the pages of this story!

Shelby and Jay had a steamy and slow burning kind of connection with a build up that had me right on the edge about to topple over until the very end. Their chemistry was explosive and the angst was just the perfect touch to this extraordinary story! I found myself completely invested in the storyline and character development that this amazing lady created for her readers and lifelong fans of romantic comedy. She totally knows what we want and gives it to us…and even more than we could have expected!
