Hollywood is not for her.
He’s full of regrets, darkness and secrets.

He’s her reserved hero.
She’s his gypsy rose.
He’s water. She’s fire. Together, they don’t make sense.
But he’s what she’s always wanted, and she just might be everything he needs.
I have been reading books written by the incredibly talented Michelle Mankin ever since 2012 when I discovered her Brutal Strength series, which I have probably re-read over about ten times since. She is the kind of author that never disappoints with her captivating writing style that will hook readers in from start to finish.
Oceanside is the third book in the Rock Stars, Surf and Second Chances series. Although this story is considered a standalone I can’t help but recommend checking out the first two books in the series first because they are all amazing reads and sheds some light on to Fanny and Ash’s backstory. This is an intense story and it will certainly engulf your heart as the characters battle some truly heart wrenching obstacles to find happiness.
Since I do not want to give anything away about this book, I will leave you with this…I absolutely adored this story and cannot wait to see what is next in store for Michelle Mankin!
